How long does delivery take?
UK Standard Delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days, Europe at 3–7 working days, and Rest of World at 5–10 working days.
How much is delivery?
UK Standard Delivery is £4.95. Europe Standard Delivery is £12. Rest of World delivery is calculated at checkout according to the destination.
When is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on orders over £40. Europe delivery is free on orders over £150.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across Europe and to Rest of World destinations available at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How do I return an item?
Email hello@chillilondon.co with your order number and the item or items you wish to return.
How long do I have to return an item?
Notify CHILLI within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel an eligible purchase, then return it within the applicable return period.
Who pays return postage?
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items follow the same returns conditions.
What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be unused, clean, in their original condition, free from pet hair, odour, wear, washing or cleaning, with all original tags and labels attached.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@chillilondon.co if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or the wrong colour or size. Your statutory rights are not affected.
