Start A Return

A simple return process for eligible CHILLI orders.

    Email hello@chillilondon.co.

    Provide your order number.

  3. 03

    Tell us which item or items you wish to return.

  4. 04

    Make sure each item meets the return conditions: unused, clean, in its original condition and with all tags attached.

  5. 05

    Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Notify CHILLI within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel an eligible purchase. After notifying us, return the item within the applicable return period. Email hello@chillilondon.co to begin.
