United Kingdom
Standard Delivery — £4.95
Free delivery on orders over £40. Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days.
Europe
Standard Delivery — £12
Free delivery on orders over £150. Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days.
Rest of World
Calculated at checkout
The applicable cost is based on the destination and configured shipping service. Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
14-day returns
Customers purchasing online can notify CHILLI within 14 days of receiving their order if they wish to cancel an eligible purchase. Once cancellation has been notified, the customer should return the item within the applicable return period.
Return condition
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, clean, free from pet hair, odour, signs of wear or use, washing or cleaning, and returned with all original tags and labels attached. CHILLI may refuse a return or make any lawful deduction where an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. Products showing pet hair, odour, visible wear, damage, washing or other evidence of use may not be accepted as a standard change-of-mind return. Opening or reasonably inspecting an item does not remove your statutory rights.
Postage, sale items & gifts
Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions. If a promotional free gift was included, it must also be returned in its original condition; where permitted by law, the value of an unreturned gift may be deducted from the refund.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty product, damaged product, wrong product, or the wrong colour or size, contact hello@chillilondon.co. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
